Marrage or Fiancee' Visa
Marriage is your obvious goal in meeting your mate....but when? Do you want to marry her here, you can do that very easily and it is a legal marriage recognized world wide. But you do not really know this lady very well and may have reservations about marrying someone you have only been with a week. This is not a problem, that is where the Faïence'' Visa comes in. This is a visa that Immigration will issue your mate so she can come to the U.S. as your Fiancee' for 90 days. This gives both of you a more realistic chance to see how well you will get along together, how well she will handle the "culture shock" of a totally new and very different country and a chance for you to get to know each other better in a real life living situation. In the very unlikely chance that for some reason the two of you decide you do not want to get married, then she only has to go back to Thailand after her 90 days are up. You do NOT have any legal hassles and paperwork with a divorce, you just send her back. But when you both feel that you are ready to get married, you can do so at your will in the U.S. The marriage must take place within the 90 days or she has to go back to Thailand. It's that simple. As far as anyone and everyone, her friends and her family is concerned, you ARE married and can live as man and wife with no problem and everyone will accept you as a married couple. The only thing is there is NOTHING on paper. Again if it does not work out, you can both go your separate ways and there is NO paperwork or divorce hassles like in the U.S. This option lets you and your Thai Bride have a real beautiful Asian wedding with all the trappings, her friends get to see her special day with you and you have all these once in a lifetime pictures and videos to show your friends back home. Many Thai couples also like to choose this type of marriage ceremony. Then in America, you can get married again legally as you see fit within the 90 days and in another U.S. style wedding ceremony if you see fit so your friends and relatives can see you marry your beautiful Thai Mate and celebrate with you. Or you can go the a justice of the peace if you want, it is all "up to you". As I mentioned in another part of this site, I only paid $1,500 for our incredible Thai Style wedding and it was catered for over 100 people with two totally different complete meals for the guests to choose from, music, decorations, sound system, everything. Only the booze was extra. And I mean LOTS of food too, the Thai people really like to eat and put out a lot of very varied food when they do. It will truly be a night you will never forget. You too will be dressed in silk and a native outfit as will your wife. This is all up to you, it is your life and it is your choice for one of the most special colorful memorable times in your life. I could not wipe the smile off my face for a minute that whole night. Enjoy it, it's YOUR life and you are only going to live it once.
